PLEASE NOTE:
Cakes, Cupcakes and party desserts are welcomed! No other outside food or drink is permitted. If anyone in your party has a severe allergy, please let us know.
Party decor is welcomed! We offer basic party plates and cups for serving pizza and cake but if your party has a specific theme or look then bring whatever you please. Your designated party host will assist you in set up and tear down.
No confetti, Silly String or pinatas please.
To book, a deposit is made on our website, over the phone, or in person. Credit card or cash are accepted.
If you cancel your party of event more than 2 weeks (14 FULL DAYS) before the date it is scheduled for, we can refund your deposit entirely. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your party/event date, we cannot refund your deposit, however, we are also able to reschedule your party any time up to 1 year with no additional penalty.
Booking availability is ‘first come, first served’.
For a Saturday and Sunday birthday we recommend booking as soon as possible, weekends are very popular for Birthdays.
A jumper is anyone who enters the trampoline areas. All jumper must sign waivers before the party can begin. A parent/guardian who is not jumping doesn’t have to pay to enter, but will receive a spectator wristband.
